Basics

Why do we get sick? Everyone has heard how important proper sleep, the quality of food, and the water we consume are for our health. Add to that our relationships with people, the environment we live in, the air we breathe, and the right amount of physical activity. Unfortunately, in today’s fast-paced lifestyle we neglect some or many of these factors. We have stopped living in harmony with nature, which was our home for tens of thousands of years. Instead, we live surrounded by concrete and asphalt, constantly exposed to radiation from screens, WiFi networks, and telecommunication towers. It has gone so far that many of us sleep with a phone next to our head, always connected to the 5G network. This radiation negatively affects us by disturbing the permeability of our cell membranes, which is essential for metabolism.

Even if you have the right level of stomach acid, good intestinal absorption, and high levels of digestive enzymes, you still need to make sure that your cell membranes remain properly permeable. If their permeability is reduced, essential micronutrients will not be able to enter in sufficient amounts to produce energy and rebuild our bodies.

An unhealthy diet leads to a lack of proper building materials in the body or to low pH levels. And we know well that when the body’s pH is above 7, cancer cells cannot form, and if any already exist, they die in such an environment. Even if we try to ensure a sufficient amount of vegetables on our plates, industry has made sure that most of our food is sprayed with pesticides and herbicides, which scientific studies show to be carcinogenic. But how many of us buy only organic food? When we avoid stimulants, sodas, or sweetened drinks, we often reach for plastic bottled water containing countless microplastic particles. Inside the body, these act like estrogens. The excess of plastic in our food disrupts our hormonal system and is one of the reasons why girls reach puberty as early as age 10 or younger, while many 20-year-old men struggle to grow facial hair. Drinking the right amount of clean water ensures proper blood density, which allows micronutrients to be delivered to our cells for nourishment and helps remove waste products of metabolism.

Stress-induced tension from different life situations, bad posture at work, overloading the body, as well as internal or external injuries and factors, all disrupt blood circulation in the body; and this is where serious problems begin. Poor circulation means reduced oxygenation and nutrition for specific body parts, organs, or tissues. This leads to acidification and poisoning of tissues with metabolic waste and carbon dioxide, as well as starvation of tissues due to the lack of supplied nutrients or hormones. This state is called inflammation. Chronic diseases most often associated with inflammation are difficult to control with medication. Improper blood flow to the inflamed area causes the administered drug to reach everywhere except the place where it is needed. In such cases, it is necessary to restore proper and effective circulation using clavitherapy.

What My Skin Tells Me

In medicine, the skin is often called the third lung. Through it, we release gases and also absorb about 20% of the oxygen and nutrients we need. Thanks to this mechanism, our body can soak up various microelements found in seawater when we spend hours bathing at the seaside—or simply by taking warm baths with sea salt or magnesium. But the opposite is also true: we can harm ourselves by living in a polluted environment, rarely cleansing the skin, or bathing in chlorinated water. For the skin to function properly, pores need to remain clear. Makeup, creams, and powders clog pores, which accelerates skin damage. Interestingly, men of the same age often have healthier skin than women in areas that are frequently covered with cosmetics.

When it comes to so-called skin diseases, strictly speaking, they don’t exist. White spots, pigmentation changes, itching, wrinkles, rashes, warts, discolorations, dandruff, psoriasis, dry skin, eczema, acne, and more – these are all signals from the body telling us that something is wrong inside. Too often, we ignore these signs, cover them up, or remove them with surgery or lasers, without addressing the root cause. We treat symptoms while the underlying process continues. Sooner or later, the body tries again to warn us, sometimes with stronger or more widespread signs. We visit beauticians or dermatologists, thinking we’re correcting the issue, but in reality we’re only masking it. For thousands of years, Chinese medicine has been diagnosing patients by examining skin color, especially on the face.

For example, dandruff was long considered a stubborn skin condition resistant to treatment. In reality, constant nervous tension in the head area constricts blood vessels, reduces circulation, and causes the skin to die off, flaking as dandruff. By restoring proper blood flow to the scalp with clavitherapy, these tensions are released and the nerves regulating vessel diameter regain function, nourishing the skin. The result: clean, healthy skin and permanent disappearance of dandruff. The location of dandruff on the head also helps in diagnosis. For instance, a person with cirrhosis of the liver may show heavy dandruff directly above the area linked to the liver.

Warts, on the other hand, appear in areas overloaded with toxins or accumulated metabolic waste. Warts and dark spots may represent early forms of cellular mutation. They indicate dysfunctions in the body’s physiology, including nervous system disorders, nerve fiber damage, or even partial paralysis. A person with many warts on their skin likely has underlying health problems.

White spots signal disrupted nerve conduction within nerve fibers. Their causes may include poor circulation, paralysis, toxin overload, or lack of the necessary material to build nerve sheaths.

Wherever there is persistent itching that urges scratching, massaging, heating or cooling, there is usually local poor circulation, and with it lowered immunity. If, upon waking in the morning, you notice that some parts of your body are cold or cooler than others, this is also a sign of impaired blood flow.

That’s why in holistic health improvement it is crucial to read and interpret all the information presented on the skin’s surface. But tell me, which doctor carefully examines a patient’s skin nowadays? Even if a patient comes in with a skin problem, they are usually treated symptomatically, while the true cause remains unaddressed.

Pain

How many of us struggle with pain? We should ask ourselves: what is pain, and is it really something we should fight against? Pain is a remarkable gift from our suffering body. We should accept it with humility, because it tells us about the location, type, and extent of the threat to our body’s physiological balance.

Movement-related pain, for example, prevents further injury by limiting mobility. This is a natural defense mechanism. Pain that accompanies illness is most often caused by disorganization of the body due to poisoning, infection, swelling, or poor circulation (sometimes triggered by stress), excluding of course, acute situations like bruises or cuts.

Instead of numbing the symptom with chemical substances, we should work to restore balance by addressing the true cause of pain. Unfortunately, advertisements and even medical professionals, whom we follow blindly, often encourage us to do the opposite. Painkillers suppress vital physiological functions, accelerating and deepening the level of toxicity in the body.

The only effective, natural, and non-invasive method to address the causes of pain by restoring circulation, activating the lymphatic system, and supporting detoxification is clavitherapy.

Body Toxicity

The pace of modern life, combined with global pollution of nature, air, soil, and water by various chemical compounds, contributes to the accumulation of toxins in the human body. Electromagnetic smog, exhaust from fuel combustion, preservatives, medications, fertilizers, GMO products that are difficult to digest, food additives, hygiene products, paints, and synthetic materials in our clothing or bedding, saturating almost everything around us with chemicals, directly or indirectly affect our bodies.

The unpleasant truth is that we cannot avoid all of them. Nevertheless, we should do our best to minimize exposure if we want to maintain our health. Using water and air filters at home, washing with natural soap, choosing cotton clothing, avoiding microwaves, buying organic food, not holding phones close to the ear during calls, and spending more time outdoors in sunlight and fresh air can make a big difference.

All of these small steps bring significant benefits. We do not need to live like the Amish, who are among the healthiest groups in North America, but their good health comes from living in harmony with nature. There is much we can learn from this.

Even though we cannot completely avoid toxins, we can detoxify the body through clavitherapy. By stimulating biologically active points on the body, this method triggers the body’s natural self-cleaning processes and supports self-regeneration.

The Influence of Thoughts and Emotions on the Body

Do you feel like you are doing everything right, yet still getting sick? Perhaps it is time to pay attention to your emotions. Our thoughts, professional fulfillment or lack thereof, relationships with others or family, various forms of anxiety, depression, hysteria, or the inability to set personal goals all have a significant impact on our health. This happens because overall health is the result of both physical and mental well-being. You cannot have a healthy body with negative thoughts, and vice versa.

We are not taught how to deal with emotions or difficult experiences. Mental health disturbances create long-term tensions in the body, leading to poor circulation, toxicity, or even metabolic collapse. The connection between emotions and health is so broad and well-studied that it has become a separate field of medicine called Total Biology.

Conventional medical treatments for psychological, mental, and emotional disorders, neuroses, and psychotic conditions often involve pharmacological medication, typically last longer than three months, and provide limited, short-term results. With clavitherapy, which regulates the nervous system, all of the above-mentioned disorders can be effectively alleviated within just two weeks without the use of any medication.

Japanese Iridology

The creator of clavitherapy, Dr. Ferdynand Barbasiewicz, wondered why men have nipples. Nature does not create anything superfluous; everything has a purpose or works in harmony. He applied Japanese iridology to human nipples and made a remarkable discovery. The body of a sick person manifests eruptions on the surface of the nipple. It does so with remarkable precision, indicating the disturbed organ or area of the body. The left nipple’s areola corresponds to the left iris, and the right to the right iris. Using this diagnostic method, a clavitherapist can accurately identify and effectively correct dysfunctions. By examining our own nipples, we can assess our general state of health. The areola of a healthy person should be smooth and free of discoloration.
